Notarization Fees

Per WAC 308-30-220, notaries are permitted to charge a maximum fee of:

$10 for traditional in-person notarization per page for: Acknowledgment, Oath or Affirmation and Verification upon Oath or Affirmation

$25 for remote online notarization per notarial act.

-Legal Courier Fees 

$1.70 per mile driven or $2.00 per mile driven (Express)
